Hello everyone!
Today we kept busy with our usual Mandarin and Art Enrichment. We also had our monthly assembly today. We discussed and learned about Kindness, as February was Kindness month at CBIS. Two students from each class were recognized for showing exemplary Kindness throughout this month. We would like to congratulate Kyle Chun and Samuel Koo for demonstrating and helping to spread kindness! Great job boys!
Throughout this morning we also worked on completing our arthropods science activities and the 'My Favourites' pages of our autobiography books!
Finally, we reviewed our portfolios and ended our day with Physical Education in the gym. Students have been practicing hard and have begun to play floor hockey games in gym class. We are now practicing working as a team and passing to our teammates during a game setting. Students have been having a lot of fun and are doing well!
For those of you coming in for a Student-Led Conference tonight or tomorrow morning, I look forward to seeing you and the students have been working hard and are excited to share their portfolios with you! See you then!
