Hello everyone, Welcome Back!
I hope you all had a wonderful holiday!
Today we welcomed each other back by sharing all of our stories from our travels and visits with family over the Seollal holiday!
We then introduced our new spelling words for the week and completed our spelling work booklets.
In Math we completed a review of the addition and subtraction we have been working on over the last few weeks, as tomorrow we will be moving into more complex addition and subtraction problems.
In Science today we were introduced to our final animal group, Arthropods. Students read and identified important information that we need to know about arthropods and began to write their information cards for their arthropods craft activity we will be creating this week. This weeks activity is slightly different as students will not be given a template and will be designing and creating the activity independently!
Finally we went to the library to search for new books and exchange our old ones and we completed the warm up activity for out Autobiographies and began to design our autobiography book title pages!
