Hello everyone!
iWe had a great Monday today! As it is a short week we will not have a new set of spelling words this week. Instead we reviewed various vocabulary and sentence formation.
In Language Arts we began to start to plan out our autobiographies by identifying different events in our lives and people in our lives (family, pets, friends), and also our hobbies and things that we do and enjoy doing.
In Math we completed a review of grouping and addition and subtraction along with a speed sheet to practice our answering speed! Students are improving every week and should be quite proud!
In Science today we reviewed what we learned about amphibians last week and began our craft activity for amphibians!
See you all tomorrow and for those of you travelling over the holidays I hope you have a safe and happy time!
Ms. Koniuch
Today's Journal:
1. Read for 20 minutes.
2. Journal: If you could be an amphibian, what would you be? Explain what you would look like and why you would be that animal?
(amphibians: frogs, bullfrog, salamanders, next, earthworm and more!)
3. Diorama due February 24th!
